As the “Official Booking Center” for some of the most beautiful long-distance hiking trails in the Alpe-Adria region, we bear a great deal of responsibility. Trustpilot® is a global review platform that makes it easier for consumers to find trustworthy providers. Trustpilot® is the worldwide market leader in the travel industry, which is why we Trail Angels are happy to accept feedback from our guests on this platform. 

We now have well over 500 reviews from Trail Angels travelers, which together provide a meaningful picture of our services. We are rated “Excellent” overall and the Trust Pilot® Score has leveled off between 4.6 and 4.8. It should be noted that the services provided by our team in the Official Booking Center almost always receive top marks. However, as trails are an overall product, it is possible that a lack of markings or signposting may be criticized from time to time. Or the breakfast egg being too hard and sometimes the weather. For us, guest feedback is always an inspiration and an incentive. We are always pleased to receive praise and we always try to rectify justified criticism, although of course we have little influence on the weather…
