THIS ENTITLES US TO USE THE BRAND “OFFICIAL BOOKING CENTER”
Why are we Trail Angels, as tour operators, exclusively authorized to use this trust-building brand? It’s simple: because we are authorized by the owners of the Trails- our Trail Partners , to develop their long-distance hiking trails and to look after their guests sustainably. This makes us the central point of contact for you and your trip planning, as well as for the service partners along the trails. We also coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the hiking trails for your safe long-distance hike.
We have a license agreement with our trail partners to ensure that all these tasks are carried out. This obliges us to meet the highest quality standards, which are also checked on an ongoing basis. This is precisely why we are entitled to use the “Official Trail Info & Booking Center” brand for the respective trail! And this is your added value: you can be sure that you are planning and carrying out your dream trip with the right partner.

+ Quality-tested partner companies: Your trail room in the desired Basic, Classic or Comfort category is already reserved in the preferred family-run partner business, where long-distance hikers are welcome.
+ Catering during your trail trip: You can choose between two types of catering depending on availability
- Breakfast: rich breakfast buffet or a hearty table breakfast
- Half board: breakfast plus dinner (mainly 3-course menu)
+ Your mobility service and hiking without luggage: A comprehensive mobility service is available to help you realize your carefree trail trip
+ Luggage service: Hike with light day luggage while we transport your heavy luggage to your next accommodation
+ Shuttle to/from accommodation: If your accommodation is too far away from the end of the stage, we will take you to your accommodation and back to the start of the stage the next day.
+ Back transfer: Practical collective transportation from the destination of your trail trip back to the starting point
+ Shuttle Services like train station shuttle can be booked additionally
+ Our Angel´s Service – Walk like an Angel – is always included in the total price of your trail trip and includes
- Trail Hotline, because we are available for you every day during your trail trip from 08:00 to 20:00!
- Extended Trail travel documents – these are detailed & professionally prepared and tailored to your individual trail trip. Your extended travel documents will be sent to you digitally 14 days before the start of your trip
+ Cancellation guarantee: For this season, we can offer you the following cancellation guarantee
- Cancellation before departure up to the 30th day: 20%
- From 29th – 15th day before departure: 50%
- From 14th – 02nd day before departure: 80%
- From 01. day before departure and no-show: 90%
+Optimum insurance cover: To save costs if you are unexpectedly unable to start or have to cancel your trail trip, we recommend the right travel insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. Hereyou go to our selected insurance cover packages from Europäische Reiseversicherung
+ Details on payment processing
- Deposit: 20% of the total price upon booking – to be transferred free of charge within 14 days
- Restzahlung: 80% vom Gesamtpreis bis zwei Wochen vor Reiseantritt
- Zahlungsart:
- Guests from Germany and Austria have the option of paying the deposit and balance by bank transfer or credit card.
- For guests from all countries, we only offer payment by credit card
+ Play it safe with us: As an “Official Booking Center”, we are your commercially licensed tour operator (registration no. BMWFI event directory: 2016/0005) for your outdoor trip. To theGeneral Terms and ConditionsofTrail Angels GmbH as organizer of package tours within the meaning of the Package Travel Act is abouthier.
