In the form of the official trail information and booking center, the Trail Angels work together with an efficient network of special tour operators. This has now been expanded to include a very special member: National Geographic Expeditions!

Especially for the Alpe-Adria-Trail, we have managed to build up an impressive portfolio of special tour operators in recent years, for which the Trail Angels act as competent local implementers. In Central Europe (Austria, Germany, BENELUX), we are able to have practically all well-known names in the industry, such as ASI Reisen, DAV Summit Club, Wikinger Reisen, Hauser Excursions, Alpen Reizen, Anders Reizen, to name just the most important ones, as long-term partners describe.

A network that is optimally supplemented by selected partners in Anglo-Saxon countries such as Natural Adventure Company (UK) and Classic Travel (USA).

We are particularly proud of our newest partner, who will be offering a transnational hike on the Alpe-Adria-Trail from 2020: National Geographic Expeditions! The official travel agency of the National Geographic Society, the world-renowned society for the promotion of geography, founded in 1888. In the meantime, it has grown into a popular science empire, including magazines with a circulation of millions (including the world’s leading travel magazine “National Geographic Traveller”) and its own TV channel, the National Geographic Channel, which broadcasts in 153 countries in 27 languages.

Everyone knows: The logo of National Park Geographic. We are proud to now be partners with National Geographic. For us Trail Angel and for the Alpe-Adria-Trail, the cooperation is both an honor and an incentive and we are already looking forward to welcoming the first customers of National Geographic Expeditions in June 2020!
