The Trail Management Mandant empowers trail partners to set up their own trail info & booking center and to manage their responsible products independently and effectively.
The software mandant solution includes:
+ The front end component Bookyourtrail® – in the form of a powerful product landing page with the three point of sales “Plan and book online”, “Plan and request online” and “Request and book TOP offers”.
+ The back office component of the trail management system, the Trail Manager for the handling of a service-oriented and professional inquiry and booking management.
+ As well as a comprehensive “training on the job” program via the Trail Angels Academy for the integration of the Trail Management Mandant into the operation of a trail info & booking center.
The software mandant solution is based on the principle that the trail management software and IT infrastructure are operated by the Trail Angels and used by the client as a service. Only an internet enabled computer is required to use the Trail Management System. Access to the TMS software is implemented via a web browser with user account.

The client pays a usage fee for the use and operation. Through the model, the client is largely spared the acquisition and operating costs, as the Trail Angels takes over the complete IT administration and other services such as maintenance work and software updates on the basis of a flat-rate maintenance contract.

However, responsible trail management requires more than intelligent software solutions! Because practice teaches us that the efficient and effective handling of the TMS must be complemented by the professional skills of a powerful inquiry and booking management. For this purpose, we also operate our powerful Trail Angels Info & Booking Center, which has received excellent ratings from travelers (Trustpilot). In addition, we empower our trail partners with an application-oriented “training on the job” program to set up and independently operate their own trail info & booking centers. For this important task, we have established our Trail Angels Academy .
